This study will apply a tripartite approach by measuring the effect of organizational commitment on organizational learning, the effect of organizational commitment on perceived organizational performance, and lastly, the effect of organizational learning on perceived organizational performance. This study applied a simple and a random sample technique with regards to the process of data collection. The study made use of questionnaires and these questionnaires were derived from past studies and distributed to MTN staffs in the Adamawa region of Nigeria. The main finding of the research revealed that organizational commitment and organizational learning have positive impact on perceived organizational performance.
