ABSTRACT This study examines how organizational culture shapes or influences sustainability management and organizational change. The study however is not interested in the dimensions of culture but investigates the impact of a sole cultural dimension on organizational sustainability management and organizational change. This study made use of a simple random sampling method by randomly choosing employees at Jumia. The data collected from the employees at Jumia Nigeria were analyzed with the aid of statistical package for social science (SPSS). The study reveals that this results shows even though organizational culture has a positive impact on organizational change, the relationship however is not strong. The study also found that organizational culture has a negative impact on organizational sustainability. Key-Words: Organizational Culture, Organizational Sustainability and Organizational Change.
