The introduction should relate the latest point considering the rising of the new economy, its historical development and it should create a perspective o how e - economy arises. E - economy divides into groups such as; e - work, e - commerce, e - marketing. E - work consist of e - commerce and e - marketing. In my study, I tried to identify circumscription of the future of e - commerce by examining carefully the arising of e - commerce, its condition in the world and in Turkey also, its legal and tax aspect and the ways of e - marketing. Considering the above factors, I divided my thesis into five chapters that we would like to know about the development of e - commerce. In the first section of my study I focused on the details of the new economy concept which creates the e - commerce conditions. In the second section, I discussed the description of e - commerce its development, its working process, the difference between the conventional trade and E - commerce. In the mean time, I already discus the means of e - commerce and its influence on enterprises. In the third section, I discussed how the countries develop themselves regarding e - commerce and during this process, in which phases they had to experienced, how common the internet used through around the world, the user statistics and legal aspects of the e- commerce in the world. In the fourth section, I brought about the issue of Turkey's electronic trade, its process, necessary government policies, the comparative study of the rate of Turkey's internet usage considering the world's and Europe's internet usage, e - commerce law in Turkey and it taxation. In the fifth section, I analyze the concept of e - marketing which is the part of e - commerce. As a result, I tried to outline a general table including the past, today and the future of e - commerce in my thesis consisting of five sections. When I studied on the data of e - commerce I came across many unnecessary subjects but I tried to be selective while handling the issue. On top of that, my basic purpose it to provide a satisfying knowledge to be productive. Although general aspect of my project is e - commerce, I found out that it is difficult to give a name. I made brain storming on the subject to from the possible headlines. To say truth, it was quite difficult. Consequently, I decided to the head line of "New Economy, E - Commerce of Turkey" since it was the most defining one. I hope I could provide a sufficient resource to reach the knowledge to be demand for. ' ER -
