Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration Department; Includes bibliography (sheets 135-146) N2 - ABSTRACT The current research aimed to investigate the current state of diversity in terms of (age – culture – religion - race) within NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war, investigate the levels of sustainable performance within NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war, and investigate the effect of diversity on employee sustainable performance within NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war. The current study population included all employees working at NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war. The study sample included (120) employees to represent the research population. The researchers used the descriptive, analytical, relational approach as the study method. The results of the study included the following: "The reality of diversity related to NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war", from the point of view of the research sample, was (high); "The levels of sustainable performance in NGOs located in Lebanon after the Syrian war", from the point of view of the research sample, was (high); there are no statistically significant differences at (0.05 significance level) in the opinions of the research sample about the questionnaire axes as a whole according to Gender and years of experience variables; and there are statistically significant differences at (0.05 significance level) in the opinions of the research sample about the questionnaire axes as a whole according to Training course variable, in favor of employees who had 3 or more training courses. Recommendations of the study included the following: The need for Lebanese NGOs to continue to overcome the difficulties of diversity to achieve better competitive advantages; and the need to provide more training and educational courses that deal with the significance and characteristics of intellectual and cultural diversity in Lebanese NGOs, and make general use of them ER -
