Bu çalışmada Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’ndeki özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin iş
birliği, iş yaşam kalitesi düzeyleri ile mobbing (yıldırma) durumları arasındaki ilişki,
farklı değişkenlere göre incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya 2021-2022 eğitim öğretm yılında
KKTC Milli Eğitim ve Kültür Bakanlığına bağlı okul ve kurumlarda görev alan 153
özel eğitim öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel yöntemlerden ilişkisel tarama
modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada iş birliği, iş yaşam kalitesi ve mobbing düzeyi
belirleme ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 programı kullanılarak
çözümlemeleri yapılmıştır. Veriler incelendiğinde özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin iş
birliği düzeyleri ile yaş, mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu ve aylık hane geliri
değişkenleri arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık olduğu; cinsiyet, medeni durum ve
günlük çalışma saati değişkenleri ile arasında anlamlı düzeyde fark olmadığı tespit
edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin mobbing (yıldırma) düzeyleri
ile mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu, medeni durum, aylık hane geliri ve günlük çalışma
saati değişkenleri arasında anlamlı düzeyde fark olduğu; yaş ve cinsiyet değişkenleri
arasında ise anlamlı düzeyde fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Özel eğitim
öğretmenlerinin iş birliği, iş yaşam kalitesi düzeyleri ile mobbing(yıldırma) durumları
arasındaki ilişki durumu incelendiğinde, İş Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği puanları ile İş birliği
Ölçeği puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde
korelasyon olduğu; İş Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği puanları ile Psikolojik Şiddet (Mobbing)
Ölçeği puanları arasında negatif yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde
korelasyon olduğu; İş birliği Ölçeği puanları ile Psikolojik Şiddet (Mobbing) Ölçeği
puanları arasında negatif yönlü fakat istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde olmayan
korelasyon olduğu tespit edilmiştir; ABSTRACT
In this study, the relationship between cooperation, work life quality level and
mobbing state of special education teachers working in TRNC has been examined
according to different variables. 153 special education teachers working in TRNC
during 2021-2022 education year participated to the research. In the study, using the
quantitative research method, general survey model. In this research cooperation,
work life quality and mobbing level determination scales were used. The analysis of
the data obtained in the research was made using SPSS25.0 programme. According to
the findings obtained in the study, there were significant differences between special
education teachers cooperation level, age, proffessionel seniority,education level,
monthly household income variables. There weren’t significant differences between
age, marital status and daily working hours variables. In addition to this, it was found
that there were significant differences between special education teachers mobbing
level and proffessional seniority, education level, marital status, monthly household
income and daily working hours variables and that there weren’t any signyficant
differences between age and gender variables. It was determined that there were
positive and statistically significant correlation between work life quality scale scores
and cooperation scale scores considering special education teachers cooperation work
life qoality level and mobbing state. It was found that there were negative and
statistically significant correlation between work life quality scores and mobbing scale
scores. It is identified that there were negative and statistically insignificant correlation
between cooperition scale scores and mobbing scale scores
