<br/><br/> ÖZET<br/>Bireylerin topluma uyum sağlayan ve üretken bireyler olarak yetiştirilmelerinde örgün<br/>eğitimin verildiği okullar önem arz etmektedir. Ancak bireylerin her yönüyle sağlıklı<br/>bir biçimde gelişim göstermeleri ve hayata hazırlanmaları sadece öğretim etkinlikleri<br/>ile mümkün olmamaktadır. Rehberlik hizmetlerinin uygulanması bireylere bu yönde<br/>katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin okullarda verilen rehberlik<br/>hizmetlerinin yeterliğine ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma<br/>nitel araştırma yöntemi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya KKTC liselerinde görev yapan<br/>25 okul yöneticisi katılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen<br/>ve uzman görüşü sonrası son şekli verilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu<br/>aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir.<br/>Araştırma sonucunda okullarda rehberlik hizmetlerinin olduğu ancak öğrenci sayısının<br/>fazlalığından etkin ve verimli olunamadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca okul<br/>yöneticilerinin rehberlik hizmetlerine yönelik olumlu görüşlere sahip oldukları<br/>belirlenmiştir.<br/>Anahtar Kelimeler: Rehberlik Hizmetleri, Psikolojik Danışmanlık, Okul Yöneticisi,<br/>Lise, Kktc  ABSTRACT<br/>Schools where formal education is given are important in raising individuals as<br/>productive individuals who adapt to society. However, it is not possible for individuals<br/>to develop in a healthy way in all aspects and to prepare for life only through teaching<br/>activities. The implementation of guidance services contributes to individuals in this<br/>direction. In this study, it was aimed to determine the opinions of school administrators<br/>about the adequacy of the guidance services provided in schools. The research was<br/>carried out with the qualitative research method. 25 school administrators working in<br/>TRNC high schools participated in the research. The data of the study were collected<br/>through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher and finalized<br/>after expert opinion. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis technique.<br/>As a result of the research, it was concluded that there are guidance services in schools,<br/>but they cannot be effective and efficient due to the large number of students. In<br/>addition, it was determined that school administrators had positive opinions about<br/>guidance services.<br/>Keywords:Guidance Services, Psychological Counseling, School Administrator,<br/>High School, KKTC
