As we live now a time in a digital world, the IT and business fields unite and merge to deliver the outcome of business intelligence. BI in the last decades been widely used principally in the expert of workout and performance; to build a fluid bridge of data warehouse depend of business users and analytic applications. And now BI become the best priority of many Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and business leaders as tactical in leading business innovation and effectiveness by which it has two primary activities: first, getting data in (data warehousing, moving data from a set of sources systems into a combined data warehouse). Second, getting data out (referred to as BI, accessing data from the data warehouse to implement initiative (projects) reporting, online analytical processing (OLAP), querying, and data mining). This research is presenting the Business Intelligence technique based on Business Process Intelligence that interacts with Business Process Management System (BPMS) in order to abstract the knowledge of managers need without writing any code, record and report the critical situation on the required time. The research identifies the aim in the Questionnaire/survey that targets the yemensoft company that creates BPI soft wares to its customers that could face critical situations during the business process of their projects.
