ABSTRACT This research centers around examining the impact of knowledge management on the organizational management of Nigerian banks: a case study of First bank of Nigeria. Knowledge is turning out to be progressively more helpful and significant for organizations, it is perceived as a hotspot for the organization to develop and contend in the market (Monavvarian et al., 2013). Gloet and his co-author Berrell (2003) propose that the peculiarity of KM is not only some passing prevailing fashion, but rather is currently setting up a good foundation for itself as another part of the organizational management". Moreover, KM has acquired this authenticity in the scholarly community because of counseling organizations that have tried to exploit the huge capability of data innovation (Smith & Lyles, 2003). However, the main approach adopted is a quantitative research method consisting of both survey and descriptive research design in other to attain the research objective using a questionnaire as the instrument and the questionnaire was distributed electronically to 325 employees both male and female who work in First bank of Nigeria, Lagos State and only 285 questionnaires were returned which forms 87.7% of the aggregate. The consequences of this research work demonstrate huge positive influence of knowledge management on organizational management at First bank of Nigeria, Lagos State.
