In this research, 145 surveys were distributed to university students in North Cyprus, to study and analyze wearable technology acceptance and adaptation among generation Z consumers. The paper measured frequency of wearable technology acceptance, wearable technology adaptation and life satisfaction among generation Z consumers. Furthermore, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses in the study, and both analyses revealed a significant relationship between wearable technology acceptance and wearable technology adaptation, a significant relationship between wearable technology acceptance and wearable technology adaptation, a significant relationship between wearable technology adaptation and life satisfaction. Thus, this study proved that wearable technology (smartwatch) is a major backbone for survival among the generation Z audience, as it is a vehicle transporting the everyday activities of the average generation Z member, in myriads of areas.
