ABSTRACT This research tends to investigate Coping Mechanisms of Burnout on Human Resource Management and Hotel Employees: Testing the Effects of Artificial Intelligence and Wellbeing from hotels ((n=200) employees in Abuja, Nigerian. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Artificial Intelligence (Decision Support System), Human Resource Administration (Recruitment and Selection), Employees Psychological wellbeing and Burnout in Hotels in Abuja, Nigeria and to investigate what extent Hotels in Abuja, Nigeria have invested into Artificial Intelligence. A quantitative research methodology was used to design the research questions. Different tested questionnaires were used to collect data from hotels in Abuja Nigeria from 12 of April to 26 of June, 2022. Tables, figures, frequency with the help of SPSS were used to calculate and analyze data which were gathered. Our findings show that there is a positive relationship between AI and HRM, and a negative relationship between HRM and Burnout more so there is a negative relationship between AI, EPWB and Burnout in the hotel industry also results from this investigation reveals that HRM mediates the relationship between AI and Burnout, EPWB mediates the relationship between AI and Burnout. This research was concluded by encouraging hotel industries to invest in to artificial intelligence in order to help HRM cope with burnout. On the other hand, managers and stakeholders should introduce special coping mechanisms like, Employees training, awareness and educating employees (AI Knowledge Management) on how to cope with Artificial Intelligence for frontline employees.
