It will also guarantee that preparations are put in place to overcome the difficulties of skill shortages in future industries. This research study examines the relation between perceived training and person Job fit at Airtel Networks Limited in Abuja (psychological capital). In this study, the survey research is approached with a questionnaire, which was used to allow the researcher to successfully gather insight on the subject. The study's findings indicate that for firms to experience the necessary skills to enhance person job fit, which in turn increases employee productivity. Training programs must be developed and employees who are, of course, the most important assets of an organization, must be consistently trained. This study shows that the selection technique, training design, and training delivery style all have an impact on the outcomes of training programs and ultimately the person Job fit.
