Social media is becoming a vital tool for executing business and marketing strategies in all businesses. The main goal of this thesis is to investigate how social media influences company operations and how it impacts business. Additionally, this study gives a quick overview of social media and how effective marketing may be carried out by utilizing it. A thorough explanation is also provided to show how social media has changed conventional marketing operations. It combines qualitative and quantitative techniques. Additionally, unstructured interviews were undertaken to investigate in-depth information. Books, journals, articles, statistics, and other social media-related websites were used as research materials. The results show that social media positively impacts the restaurant business. Accepting social media by restaurants increases revenue and consumer traffic. The eateries employ social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Word-of-mouth marketing is essential for luring in new clients. Social media has created an affordable and accessible marketing platform that allows businesses to instantaneously contact thousands of consumers. The study has limitations, such as a limited sample size and a language barrier. In the future, when there are more accessible respondents, a similar study may be conducted. Social media has a wide range of opportunities for company growth. Keywords: Restaurant, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Small-Sized Enterprises, Word of Mouth ER -
