Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration Department; Includes bibliography (sheets 58-73) N2 - ABSTRACT The essence of this study is to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on organizational performance as regards stakeholders in Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Lagos. In order for organizations to adopt a more practical approach to creating jobs, enhanced efficiency, and enhanced quality of life, this calls for participation in the countries corporate and social development projects. Due to the continuous debate about the link between CSR and organizational success, further investigation into CSR actions in Nigeria is required. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of CSR on different dimensions related to organizational success. The dimensions used in this study are corporate reputation, brand differentiation and employee commitment. Three hypotheses were proposed in order to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the dimensions mentioned above as regards stakeholders in Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Lagos. A quantitative research method was used with only 316 questionnaires that were returned after sending 337 questionnaires online. And all the three hypotheses generated were supported. Therefore, it is concluded that the business reputation of Nigerian Bottling Company Plc, Lagos is greatly enhanced through CSR.
