ABSTRACT The purpose of this thesis is to develop and test a conceptual model that examines and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning, innovative performance and organizational support. This study seeks to carefully explore the operations of entrepreneurial orientation alongside organization learning with a major focus on how organization supports employees and influences the innovative performance of manufacturing company. The study tends also to ascertain whether risk-taking behavior proactiveness, autonomy, innovation and competitive aggressiveness jointly and independently predict entrepreneurial innovations of the employee. The data for the study was collected through questionnaire administered to the staff (employees) of the chosen manufacturing company. The companies selected by the researcher for the purpose of this study are Fammy White Manufacturing Company Ltd, OLOBA Nigeria industrial company, and NICO Manufacturing Company Limited. For the data analysis SPSS 20(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) was carried out to analyze 250 questionnaires. According to the results of the study, it was discovered that any organization that actively supports its employees (organizational support) through organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation is extremely likely to experience positive effect on innovative performance. In conclusion the study shows that the variables have a significant connection with one another because it allows the organization to achieve their aim and objective of being established, as employees would readily be available to deliver and give their all thereby leading to an increase in innovative performance.
