Health systems are being held to a higher level in order to produce better health outcomes and greater social value as a result of changing health needs, increased public expectations, and ambitious new health goals. Nevertheless, continuing on the current trajectory won't be sufficient to meet these needs. High-quality healthcare systems are necessary in order to consistently deliver care that improves or preserves health, to be respected and trusted by all, and to adapt to the changing needs of the community. The data suggests that the community is facing financial difficulties, and as a result, most of the residents are covering the cost of medical care out-of-pocket. Despite this, a significant number of respondents still prefer to visit hospitals as their first choice when they or a member of their community is sick. It is likely that many of the respondents are relying on out-of-pocket spending to cover healthcare expenses because they do not have adequate insurance coverage.
