This thesis seeks to investigate the impact that individual elements of intellectual capital have on a company’s subsequent growth. This research presents a system for categorizing and measuring intellectual capital, focusing on social capital, human capital, and organizational capital. The goal is to illustrate the impact of entrepreneurial and intellectual capital-oriented factors to a certain type of innovation performance and firm success (product, process, marketing and organization) A questionnaire study was conducted on 400 SMEs in several small and medium enterprises (SMEs) designated areas in Abuja to this purpose. SPSS 20 was carried out to analyze 320 questionnaires. The beneficial influence on corporate success is based on knowledge creation, Innovation capabilities, and entrepreneurial orientation. The proposed hypotheses were analyzed using linear regressions. According to the study’s conclusion, firms should invest more in Intellectual Capital and Entrepreneurial Orientation to guarantee that knowledge management stays effective and efficient, leading to growth and productivity. This research paper significantly adds to current form of information in intellectual capital, entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capability, and knowledge management in SMEs.
