<br/><br/> ÖZET<br/>Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlıklı erişkin kadınların sosyoekonomik özelliklerinin, cinsel <br/>yaşam kalitesinin, kaygı düzeylerinin ve çift uyumu özellikleri arasındaki ilişkinin <br/>incelenmesidir. Araştırma yöntemi olarak “ilişkisel araştırma” yöntemi kullanılırken, <br/>kartopu örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma öncesinde katılımcılara, <br/>araştırmanın konusu anlatılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılmayı onaylayan katılımcı bireyler<br/>“Bilgilendirilmiş gönüllü onam formu”nu çevrimiçi ortamda onaylamıştır. <br/>Bilgilendirilmiş gönüllü onam formunu imzalayan katılımcılar, sosyodemografik <br/>form, Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın Formu, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği ve Çift <br/>uyumu ölçeğini doldurmuşlardır. Anksiyete ile cinsel yaşam kalitesi arasında, pozitif <br/>yönde ve zayıf düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Anksiyete ile çiftler uyumu arasında, <br/>pozitif yönde ve zayıf düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Anksiyete ile çiftler <br/>uyumunda doyum arasında, negatif yönde ve zayıf düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.<br/>Anksiyete ile çiftler uyumunda bağlılık düzeyleri arasında, olumsuz yönde ve zayıf <br/>düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların, cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile çiftler <br/>uyumu arasında pozitif yönde ve zayıf düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. <br/>Cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile çiftler uyumundan doyum ve bağlılık düzeyleri ile negatif <br/>yönde bir ilişki içinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile çiftler <br/>uyumundan, fikir birliği ve duyguların ifadesi pozitif yönde bir ilişki içinde olduğu <br/>tespit edilmiştir. İlgili alanda uzman klinisyenlerin yaşanan cinsel sorunları ve etki <br/>alanlarını irdeleyerek ne tür yardımlar yapılması gerektiğine hakim olması ve olası <br/>danışanların cinsel yaşam kalitelerinin artmasını sağlamak amacı ile için cinsel yardım <br/>konusunda gerekli detayları bildirmesi sorunların daha büyük alanlara dağılmasını <br/>önlemek açısından etkili olacaktır.<br/>Anahtar Kelimeler: Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi, Çift Uyumu, Kaygı Düzeyi  ABSTRACT<br/>The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between socioeconomic <br/>characteristics, sexual quality of life, anxiety levels and dyadic adjustment <br/>characteristics of healthy adult women. While the "relational research" method was <br/>used as the research method, the snowball sampling method was used. Before the <br/>study, the subject of the research was explained to the participants. The "Informed <br/>voluntary consent form" was approved online by the participants who agreed to <br/>participate in the study. Participants who signed the informed voluntary consent form <br/>filled out the sociodemographic form, Sexual Life Quality Scale-Women Form, Beck <br/>Anxiety Scale and Marriage Adjustment Scale. A positive and weak relationship was <br/>found between anxiety and sexual quality of life. A positive and weak relationship was <br/>found between anxiety and marital adjustment. A negative and weak relationship was <br/>found between anxiety and satisfaction in dyadic adjustment. A negative and weak <br/>relationship was found between anxiety and commitment levels in couples adjustment. <br/>It has been determined that there is a positive and weak relationship between the sexual <br/>life quality of the participants and the couples adjustment. It has been determined that <br/>there is a negative relationship between the quality of sexual life and the satisfaction <br/>and commitment levels of couples' adjustment. It has been determined that there is a <br/>positive relationship between the quality of sexual life and the harmony of the couples, <br/>the consensus and the expression of emotions. It will be effective for clinicians who <br/>are experts in the relevant field to examine the sexual problems experienced and their <br/>areas of influence, and to know what kind of help should be provided and to report the <br/>necessary details about sexual assistance in order to increase the quality of sexual life <br/>of potential clients.<br/>Keywords: Anxiety Level, Couple Adjustment, Sexual Life Quality
