ABSTRACT The study aimed to find the mediating effect of intrapreneurial orientation on the relationship between organizational identification and creative performance in the hostel industry in Nigeria. The study used 14 hotels located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The study used Yamane formulas to determine the sample size. The judgmental sampling technique was used to select 363 workers from all the hotels. The collected data were analysed using the structural equation model (SEM). The study found that organizational identification has a significant relationship with intrapreneurial orientation but an insignificant relationship with creative performance. The study found that intrapreneurial orientation has a significant relationship with creative performance. The mediation analysis was performed using bootstrap analysis with a sample size of 5000 and a confidence level of 95%, and the study found that intrapreneurial orientation fully mediates the relationship between creative performance and organizational identification.
