Simple random selection was used to collect data from 250 employees, and from those, 180 valid structured questionnaires were collected for analysis. A modified version of the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire was created for this research in order to assess leadership styles. Leaders' ability to effectively switch between service and sales was evaluated using a Likert scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were utilized to examine the data. In order to provide the inferential statistics of the data acquired in a way that is consistent with the assumptions of this study, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis were utilized. The results show that the types of leadership discussed in this research all have a positive correlation with employee performance, which in turn influences service-sales ambidexterity in the workplace. The results of this study provide strong support for the investigator's recommendation of service-sales ambidexterity as an effective leadership style for the workplace.
