The significant increase in China's engagement over the last ten years constitutes one of the most significant and recent shifts the African continent has faced. As an area of emphasis for Sino-African ties, China continues to strive to play a bigger role in supporting security and peace in Africa. Additionally, as China grows as a player in global security, it has boosted its military diplomacy, training, and sales on the continent in recent years, surpassing the US as the continent's second-largest supplier. Conflict resolution has also risen, as has its depth and intensity of involvement in UN Peacekeeping Operations (UNPKOs). Additionally, it is asserted that China's growing role in African security presents both challenges and possibilities for the continent and its present security alliances, particularly the EU and NATO. An extensive review of the important literature will be conducted, and the results will be used to build a theoretical framework for the analysis. The research question will be emphasized, and a clear and considerate technique will be investigated and provided utilizing a descriptive method, along with an analysis of the previous studies on the subject. The information examined will be obtained from online resources, scientific journals, and other publications. Keywords: Africa, China, Conflicts, Peace Keeping, Security, United States ER -
