<br/><br/> ÖZET<br/>Çocuğa yönelik cinsel istismar ile ilgili oluşan toplumsal hareketlerin incelenmesi <br/>amacıyla çıkılan bu araştırmanın yolunda, öncelikle çocuk kavramı, çocukluğa verilen <br/>değer ve çocuğun korunması ile ilgili literatür incelenmektedir.<br/>Çocuğun ve çocukluğun öneminin toplumsal boyutta olduğu gözler önüne serildiğinde <br/>çocuğa yönelik verilebilecek en sarsıcı şiddetin, cinsel istismarın hukuki boşluklar ve <br/>cezasız bırakılacak yaptırımlar ile meşrulaştırmak söz konusu olduğunda toplumun <br/>nasıl tepki verdiği temel soru olmaktadır.<br/>Bu bağlamda Çocuk İstismarı ile Mücadele Hareketi kapsamında yeni iletişim<br/>teknolojilerinin yol açtığı dijital imza kampanyalarının toplumsal hareketlilik <br/>çerçevesi bu araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma kapsamında Çocuk <br/>istismarı anahtar kelimesi ile Change.org platformunda ilgili başlıklardaki <br/>kampanyalar kampanyayı başlatan kişinin cinsiyeti, kadınların başlattığı <br/>kampanyaların başlık analizi, erkeklerin başlattığı kampanyaların başlık analizi, <br/>kampanyanın muhatabı ve yıllara göre kampana oranları kriter olarak belirlenerek <br/>incelenmektedir. Çocuk İstismarı ile Mücadele hareketinin Change.org üzerinden <br/>oluşturulan dijital imza kampanyası merkezinde sürecin nasıl işlendiği ortaya <br/>konacaktır.<br/>Anahtar Kelimeler: Change.org, Çocuk, Çocuk İstismarı, Sosyal Medya, Yeni <br/>Toplumsal Hareketler<br/>  ABSTRACT<br/>In the pursuit of examining the societal movements related to child sexual abuse, this <br/>research aims to first review the literature concerning the concept of a child, the value <br/>attributed to childhood, and child protection. <br/>When the significance of the child and childhood on a societal level is brought to the <br/>forefront, the fundamental question becomes how society responds when the most <br/>devastating form of violence against a child, sexual abuse, is legitimized through legal <br/>loopholes and unpunished sanctions. <br/>In this context, this research focuses on the framework of societal movements <br/>generated by digital signature campaigns brought about by new communication <br/>technologies within the scope of the Child Abuse Prevention Movement. Within the <br/>scope of this research, campaigns on the Change.org platform related to the keyword <br/>"child abuse" are examined based on criteria such as the gender of the campaign <br/>initiator, title analysis of campaigns initiated by women, title analysis of campaigns <br/>initiated by men, the target of the campaign, and campaign ratios by year. The study <br/>will elucidate how the process unfolds at the center of the digital signature campaign <br/>created for the Child Abuse Prevention Movement through Change.org. <br/>Keywords: Change.org, Child, Child Abuse, New Societal Movement, Social Media
