ABSTRACT This research work is geared towards contributing to the numerous literatures written and research done by different scholars on the impact of an Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) System on Good Governance in Sierra Leone. Looking at the current trend of most countries around the world, especially African countries. The introduction, and implementation of EGP system is to enable government/countries to enhance good governance through which the irregularities discovered in procurement process will be minimize if not eradicated. This study was carried out to investigate the impact of electronic government procurement systems on good governance in Sierra Leone. This was done by considering three independent variables of electronic government procurement systems which are policy, infrastructure, and planning of electronic government procurement system as the independent variables, and the good governance of Sierra Leone as the dependent variable. In test of these variables, three hypotheses were developed and were examined throughout this research.
