ABSTRACT
Nowadays, ethical leadership has been receiving much recognition for its ability to alter organizational results. This research examines the links between ethical leadership, career expansion, and creative accomplishment in the banking industry of Lagos, Nigeria. A survey consisting of 256 participants from the Lagos banking industry was conducted, with a 5-point Likert scale to investigate 15 criteria concerning ethical leadership, profession increase, and innovative efficiency. Correlation research and linear regression were utilized to analyze the associations and potential mediation. This research confirms there is a noticeable positive linkage between ethical leadership and both career enhancement and creative performance. What's more, linear regression assessment verified these positive associations. A hierarchical regression
approach gave testimony that career advancement acts as a part mediator, elucidating the relation between ethical leadership and inventive performance. The research illustrates the significant impact of ethical leadership on cultivating career enrichment and creative productivity among bank employees in Lagos, Nigeria. These findings have practical implications for firms looking to promote staff development and
creative input. Ethical leadership emerges as an effective means of creating an environment that promotes career growth and helps to spark imaginative ideas.
