ABSTRACT This Master Dissertation explores the implementation of digital payment and blockchain subscription within the hospitality industry. The research aims to investigate the potential benefits and challenges of implementing these technologies within the industry, as well as explore the perceptions of stakeholders towards the adoption of digital payment and blockchain subscription. The study utilizes Systematic Literature Review to analyze the current state of digital payment and blockchain subscription in the hospitality industry. The results indicate that the adoption of these technologies can improve operational efficiency, increase security, and provide a more seamless customer experience. However, the research also identifies challenges such as the need for regulatory clarity, interoperability, and customer education. Furthermore, stakeholders' attitudes towards the adoption of these technologies vary depending on their role within the industry and their level of familiarity with the technologies. Overall, this study provides insights into the potential benefits and challenges of implementing digital payment and blockchain subscription within the hospitality industry and highlights the importance of addressing these challenges to ensure successful adoption.
