Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration Department; Includes bibliography (sheets 41-47) N2 - This purpose of the study is to investigate charismatic leadership by focusing on the relations between charismatic leadership, leader-member exchange (LXM) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), as limited literature or knowledge is available on the attitudes, moral conducts and performance outcomes of the leaders. The purpose of research is to study the relation between a leader charismatic leadership level and the attributes of his followers depending on the five pillars of OCB; Altruism, Civic virtue, Courtesy, Consciousness and Sportsmanship. This study will also examine the effect how charismatic leadership and OCB are mediated by the leader-member exchange. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire from 200 hundred above respondents. Multiple regression techniques applied to explore the impact of OCB and CLS on LMX and which mediate by LMX. The results of the study reveals that LMX is significantly influenced by produced conjecture CLS. Speculation OCB has a huge impact on LMX. Provide enough evidence to support speculative results. CLS has a strong link with LMX findings, according to relapse study, whereas OCB has a good and crucial relationship with LMX. OCB interacts with CLS and LXM. The link between CLS and LXM has been set out using OCB. As a consequence, the OCB findings successfully regulate the CLS-LMX link. This study have significant repercussions for policymakers, professionals, and academics and elsewhere who are dedicated to developing natural behavior ER -
