Employee Involvement in each and every element or part of the organization that supports sustainable development and develops commitment toward the challenges of sustainability is referred to as "green HR" or "green human resources”. In order to achieve long-term sustainable growth, organizations should continue to integrate environmentally friendly practices with their human resources departments, according to the developing management concept known as "green HRM." The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that link corporate social responsibility and green human resource management. The majority of studies in the field have focused on the identification of the key elements or factors of success for the implementation of environmental human resource management across diverse manufacturing industries. What is more, the unspoken goal of green human resource management is to support initiatives that protect the environment. This falls under the umbrella of corporate social responsibility and is considered as a requirement for the success of all organizations and businesses. This study also seeks to clarify variables that all contribute to an organization's level of sustainability through different ways, such as the valuation of corporate social responsibility and the utilization of green human resource management techniques.
