<br/><br/> This research is aimed at examining the impacts of healthcare management on quality<br/>improvement in healthcare organizations by exploring various factors that impact the<br/>ability of healthcare management organizations to deliver quality care and services to<br/>their patients. More so, the study highlighted how these factors impact quality service<br/>delivery among healthcare management organizations.<br/>The study made use of quantitative research by employing secondary data. The result<br/>shows that one of the main points elucidated by this study is that quality healthcare<br/>management plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement<br/>within healthcare organizations. Also, the research underscores the significance of<br/>data-driven decision-making in healthcare management.<br/>However, the study shows that healthcare managers who utilize data-driven<br/>approaches can steer their organizations toward healthcare delivery efficiently and<br/>effectively, thereby positively impacting patient care.
