<br/><br/> Today, the world is transferring to Information and Communication Technology. Most<br/>authorities claim that shifting traditional cities to smart ones is a vital decision as smart<br/>cities provide safety for citizens. Regarding gender, unfortunately, women in most<br/>parts of the world are not safe, and they are victims of street harassment. The aim of<br/>the study is to analyze the security of women in urban spaces in Isfahan City, and the<br/>implementation of a safe smart solution. Hence, for the methodology, comparison<br/>methods, observation, Library resources, surveys, and SWOT analyses are<br/>considered. The result shows that even in a smart city like Singapore, women are not<br/>100% safe when they commute in public spaces, and having access to smart personal<br/>wearable devices is crucial for recording the incident. Plus, this research shows that<br/>women in Isfahan have the highest access to smartphones with Android<br/>operators. Background studies found that many safe Android applications appeared in<br/>market to grant the security of children and women in public spaces in megacities. In<br/>conclusion, the results show that women need both physical (city development) and<br/>social security with the existence of smart personal defenders when they enter public<br/>spaces to enhance their security.
