Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Business Administration N2 - There has been significant interest in the notion of sustainability as it pertains to human resource management (HRM), specifically in relation to green HRM, in recent times. The human capital of an organization is an essential and valuable asset. Green HRM, the areas in which HRM is responsible for the organization's sustainability objectives, is the subject of this study. This study investigates the impact of green human resource management (HRM) on corporate sustainable development (CSD), with green innovation (GI) serving as a mediating factor. To accomplish the objectives of the research, data were gathered from personnel who were employed in the pharmaceutical industry of Pakistan. The research investigation employed a cross-sectional design and gathered data from a sample of 375 employees via a survey method. SPSS software application was used to perform data analysis. The results of the study suggested that the adoption of green human resource management (HRM) practices positively impacts corporate social responsibility (CSR), and that green innovation (GI) influences the relationship between green HRM and CSR.
