Although organizational commitment has several conceptualizations in the literature, the popular concept were made by Allen & Meyer as the three components of organizational commitment which are the "Affective" (AC), "Continuance" (CC) and "Normative" (NC) commitment. This study assesses dimensions of organizational commitment among the workers currently employed in the Limasol Turkish Cooperative Bank, TRNC relating the perceived results with their demographic characteristics and certain work characteristics of clerical bank employees. The findings of this study revealed that work duration in the same institution is a very important factor affecting the development of all three dimensions of organizational commitment.
