' Abstract In this study, one of supply chain management method of procurement has been examined. The method of procurement as given within the scope of public procurement law numbered 4734, referring to the Turkish Armed Forces supply chained application.The problem and recommended solution are presented,which the managementand tender faced the process of procurement. Key words: procurement, tenderer, management Özet Bu çalışmada tederik zinciri yönetimi fonksiyonlarından ihale usulleri incelenmistir.4734 sayılı kamu ihale kanunu'nda belirtilen ihale usulleri türk silahlı kuvvetleri tedarik zincirindeki uygulama alanları açışından incelenmiştir. Ihalenin aşamaları, ihale surecinde idarelerin ve isteklilerin karşılastıkları problemler ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Anahtar kelimeler: ihale, istekli, idare '
