'ABSTRACT This project is an implementation of Turkish Sign Language detection by using a depth camera. Turkish Sign Language is formed of gestures regulated by the Turkish Language Association. Kinect camera's 3D scanning feature is used to capture gestures. A person in front of Kinect makes gestures from a Turkish Sign Language dictionary and then coordinates of the joints in that gesture are retrieved. By using Support Vector Machine each gesture is classified and displayed as the matching word. Key Words: Turkish Sign Language, Support Vector Machine, Kinect. ÖZETÇE Bu proje, derinlik kamerası kullanarak Türk saret Dilini algılayan bir uygulamadır. Türk Dil Kurumu tarafından belirlenen Türk saret Dili vücut hareketlerinden olusmaktadır. Hareketleri yakalamak için Kinect kameranın 3D özelligi kullanılmıstır. Kinect önünde bir kisi Türk saret Dili sözlügünden hareketler yapar ve bundan sonra hareket içindeki eklemlerin koordinatları alınır.
