ABSTRACT The study investigated effects of TQM on overall performance of Nestle Nigeria Plc. It was aimed at evaluating the effect of quality planning on corporate performance and company's mission as well as how quality control programmes enhance patronage for Nestle products. A survey research design was employed and self-administered questionnaire as the instrument. Multi-stage sampling was used in obtaining the opinion of 175 workforce of the firm. Regression was used at the analytical tool. The findings revealed that quality planning significantly affects corporate performance of Nestle Plc, execution of quality plans significantly affects the company's mission in Nestle Plc and there is a significant relationship between control programme and consumers' patronage. Organizations are urged to improve leadership levels through practices like motivating employees, which makes it achieve its organizational goals.
