Konu(lar): Özet: 'ABSTRACT Nowadays, given the increasingly competitive environment in the health sector, health institutions should consider the quality management of their services to survive and increase their market share. As can be seen here, the quality of service in the hospital plays a key role in increasing the patient\'s potential and market share. Therefore, this thesis aims to examine how hospital service quality management influences patient satisfaction and trust. In the research study, the literature data were collected by a quantitative method. A survey was conducted to measure how quality management affects patient satisfaction and confidence. The survey was conducted on a total of one hundred and fifty-three people or participants. The data obtained from the questionnaires were uploaded to SPSS. The independent variable of the study was defined as quality management, while patient satisfaction and trust were dependent variables. First, the reliability of the survey question variables was measured one by one. At the other stage, correlation, regression, and ANOVA test were applied between dependent and independent variables. End of the data analysis is founded that there are positive correlation and regression and between the variables. ANOVA analysis test was performed because of the regression results are positively founded between the variables. As a result of the study, it is seen that service quality influences patient satisfaction and trust. Therefore, health institutions should take into account the patient\'s wishes and needs when providing health services to their patients.
