Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Health Care Organizations Management Department Özet: ABSTRACT Knowledge sharing and management are the basis for important decisions that affect an organization's efforts towards achieving its goals, The aim of this study was to to ascertain the role of trust in promoting organizational knowledge seeking, using knowledge management systems of CBG Bank. This study's research methodology was a descriptive survey. A total of 120 staff members of Consolidated Bank of Ghana (CBG) in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana participated in the survey as study respondents. A systematic questionnaire that included both open-ended and closed ended questions were used to collect the data. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version 25.1) was used to code and analyse the survey responses. The major findings of the study include; there exist a significant relationship between organizational trust, ICT usage capacity and employee loyalty on employees' propensity to share their knowledge at the workplace; staff of the bank are loyal to the bank and will make the company their first choice and would like to continue working at this company in the future without hesitation. The study established that ICT plays a major role in the proliferation of information and knowledge sharing in a work setting. In conclusion, the findings established the conceptual framework of the study; thus, a proving a significant relationship between the independent variables including organizational trust, ICT usage capability, employee loyalty, and the dependent variable, thus knowledge sharing behaviour. The study proposes the following recommendations; thus, Management of the bank need to boost the knowledge about the vision, mission and values of the bank amongst its staff to enhance knowledge sharing. More so, Management should incorporate the process of knowledge sharing into the evaluation of employee performance.
