ÖZET
Bu araştırmanın amacı özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan eğitim personelinde
iş tatmini, depresyon ve tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenin
Amasya ilinde özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan eğitim personeli
oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise bu kurumlarda çalışan ve uygun örnekleme
yöntemiyle seçilen 151 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Katılımcılar Maslach Tükenmişlik EnvanteriEğitimci Formu, Boratav Depresyon Tarama Ölçeği, Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği ve Kişisel
Bilgi Formundan oluşan bir veri toplama aracını online olarak cevaplamıştır. Verilerin
analizinde Pearson korelasyon analizi, bağımsız örneklemler için t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans
analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda iş tatmini puanlarının depresyon puanlarıyla (r = -
.46), Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği alt boyutlarından kişisel başarı (r = -.41) ve duyarsızlaşma
(r = -.41) puanlarıyla orta düzeyde, tükenmişlik puanlarıyla (r = -.66) ve Maslach Tükenmişlik
Ölçeği alt boyutlarından duygusal tükenme puanlarıyla (r = -.59) yüksek düzeyde negatif yönde
ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur. ÖERM’de görev yapan eğitim görevlilerinde depresyon puanları
ise Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği alt boyutlarından kişisel başarı ile düşük (r = .20), Maslach
Tükenmişlik Ölçeği alt boyutlarından duyarsızlaşma (r = .30) ve tükenmişlik toplam
puanlarıyla (r = .49) orta düzeyde, duygusal tükenme (r = .55) puanlarıyla yüksek düzeyde
pozitif yönde ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, depression and
burnout in educational staff working in special education and rehabilitation centers. The
population of the study consisted of educational staff working in special education and
rehabilitation centers in Amasya province. The sample of the study consisted of 151 participants
working in these institutions and selected by convenient sampling method. The participants
answered a data collection tool consisting of Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Form,
Boratav Depression Screening Scale, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and Personal
Information Form online. Pearson correlation analysis, t-test for independent samples and oneway analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, it was found
that job satisfaction scores were negatively correlated with depression scores (r = -.46), with
Maslach Burnout Scale sub-dimensions of personal accomplishment (r = -.41) and
depersonalization (r = -.41) at a moderate level, with burnout scores (r = -.66) and with Maslach
Burnout Scale sub-dimensions of emotional exhaustion (r = -.59) at a high level. It was found
that the depression scores of the training staff working in the SCM were positively correlated
with personal accomplishment (r = .20), depersonalization (r = .30) and burnout total scores (r
= .49), and emotional exhaustion (r = .55), which are sub-dimensions of the Maslach Burnout
Scale, at a low level.
