ABSTRACT Once business enterprises experience regular down turn in operational profitability, low production yields or even substandard product, the managers as a matter of fact, of such business organizations become, altogether apprehensive. The question that will be continuously posed in such circumstance is, "What went wrong within the business enterprise?" Low level of production output as well as business agility occasioned by technological innovation within the firm is a prime cause of steady erosion of organizational productivity. This research is aimed at assessing the effect of technological innovation on organizational agility with focus on the employees of MTN Nigeria Ltd. The research adopted a quantitative research technique where data were collected using a structural questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The sample size comprised of 162 employees of MTN Nigeria Ltd. These employees were randomly selected and administered with the questionnaire. The Scientific Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used in testing the hypotheses. It was discovered that technological innovation is the fundamental factor that determines the level of agility of business enterprises owing to the fact that technological innovation significantly affect the level of agility within organizations.
