These ethnic minorities suffer intense marginalization both in the political, economic and social sectors. These minority group are usually endowed with natural resources yet enjoy very little or nothing from the precede outcome. The researcher brilliantly from a comparative perspective discusses the evolution, causes as well as efforts made by the government and other stake holders in solving and or resolving the minority crisis in Anglophones Cameroon and Sri Lanka.
