520 _aABSTRACT In today's world, Electronic commerce (E-commerce) is rapidly replacing old business practices. With the implementation of internet-based electronic commerce, small and large companies around the globe have significant potential to increase their customers, penetrate new markets, reduce their operating costs, and start competing in the marketplace. Regarding Somalia, the use of the e-commerce for business offers small and larger firms' great opportunities. Some of the advantages include direct interaction with customers, new markets, and reduced costs. However, several small and large businesses have failed to participate in this advantage or achieve the level required for e-commerce success. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the influencing factors of the development of e-commerce in Somalia. This research aims to determine the impact of ICT infrastructure and Logistics, and the perceived ease-to-use, perceived usefulness on the growth of e-commerce. The study implemented the following research; firstly, the past literature on e-commerce development has been reviewed before using survey research design for data collection through an online questionnaire method. In total, 300 respondents participated in the research; the target population was students and professionals in Somalia, especially in Mogadishu. In this study, the investigator used a purposive sampling method that enables to select participants who have relevant information for the research manually. The data was analyzed using the (SPSS) and the interpretation of descriptive and inferential statistics. Research results demonstrated that there is a strong relationship among the study variables (i.e., ICT infrastructure, Logistics, Perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and Intention to use). This study offers some fundamental guidance for future researchers in the sector of e-commerce in Somalia to enhance the understanding of the significant underlying factors and barriers to e-commerce development. Keyword: E-Commerce, ICT, Logistics, Perceived Ease-to-Use, Perceived Usefulness and Intention to Use.
