It encouraged the private sector to establish higher education institutions and gave them all supports in order to have active role in this development. To access the financial position and performance of the private colleges in Oman, Majna College was taken as a sample of these colleges. The financial rations were used to analyze its financial statements. They indicate that it is a successful and profitable college. Moreover, they provide s public shareholding company. The quality of higher education provided by Majan College plays an important role in its success as it attracts the students and investments. The college contributes to Oman's economy through the income tax, the employment of Omanis, and proving the country with well - educated workforce who can build strong economy ' | ||
