520 _aÖZET Bu çalışmanın ilk amacı aile fonksiyonunu değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilen Sistemik Klinik Sonuç ve Rutin Değerlendirme Ölçeği SCORE-15 Türkçe formunun güvenirlik ve geçerlik çalışmalarını gerçekleştirmektir. Çalışmanın ikinci amacı ise benliğin ayrımlaşması ile aile fonksiyonu arasındaki ilişkide evlilik doyumu ve bilişsel esneklik alt boyutlarının aracı rolünü incelemektir. Çalışma grubu, KKTC ve Türkiye’de yaşayan 24-70 yaş aralığındaki evli bireylerden oluşan klinik ve klinik olmayan gruptan oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında veri toplamak amacıyla benliğin ayrımlaşması toplam puanları Benliğin Ayrımlaşması Envanteri, aile fonksiyonu toplam puanları çalışma kapsamında Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları gerçekleştirilen Sistemik Klinik Sonuç ve Rutin Değerlendirme Ölçeği SCORE-15, evlilik doyumu toplam puanları Kansas Evlilik Doyumu Ölçeği ve bilişsel esneklik alt ölçek puanları Bilişsel Esneklik Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik bilgileri araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizlerinde SPSS 23 ve AMOS 23 programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Evli bireylerin benlik ayrımlaşma düzeyleri ile aile fonksiyonu arasındaki ilişkide evlilik doyumu ve bilişsel esneklik alternatifler ve kontrol alt boyutlarının aracı rolü yapısal eşitlik modeli ile sınanmıştır. SCORE-15 Türkçe formu için geçerlik çalışması sonucunda 15 maddelik ölçeğin doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri sonuçları üç faktörlü yapıyı desteklemiştir. Birinci faktör Güçlü Yönler, ikinci faktör Güçlükler ve üçüncü faktör İletişim olarak adlandırılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini test etmek amacıyla Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlık katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda güvenirlik katsayıları ölçeğin toplamı için .89, Güçlü Yönler alt boyutu için 83, Güçlükler alt boyutu için 75 ve iletişim alt boyutu için .69 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bulgular ölçeğin klinik ve araştırmalarda kullanım için uygun olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Evlilik doyumu ve bilişsel esneklik alternatifler ve kontrol alt boyutlarının aracı etkileri bootstrap yöntemi ile test edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre benliğin ayrımlaşması ile aile fonksiyonu arasındaki ilişkide evlilik doyumunun kısmi aracı rolü olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuçlar benliğin ayrımlaşması ile aile fonksiyonu arasındaki ilişkide bilişsel esneklik alternatifler ve kontrol alt boyutlarının aracı rolünün anlamlı olmadığını göstermiştir. Bulgular literatürde yer alan ilgili çalışmalar ışığında tartışılmış, ileriye yönelik alan çalışanlarına ve araştırmacılara yönelik öneriler paylaşılmıştır.
520 _aABSTRACT The first aim of this study is to perform the reliability and validity studies of the SCORE-15 Turkish version of the Systemic Clinical Outcome and Routine Evaluation. The second aim of the study is to examine the mediating role of marital satisfaction and cognitive flexibility sub-dimensions in the relationship between differentiation of self and family function. The study group consisted of clinical and non-clinical married individuals between the ages of 24-70 living in the TRNC and Turkey. Within the scope of the study, Differentiation of Self Inventory, The Systemic Clinical Outcome and Routine Evaluation, 15-item version (SCORE-15), Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory were used to collect data. The demographic information of the participants was collected with the personal information form prepared by the researcher. SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 programs were used in the statistical analysis of the data. The mediating role of alternatives and control sub-dimensions of cognitive flexibility and marital satisfaction in the relationship between self-differentiation levels of married individuals and family function was tested with the structural equation model. The mediating effects of alternatives and control sub-dimensions on marital satisfaction and cognitive flexibility were tested with the bootstrap method. As a result of the validity study for the SCORE-15 Turkish form, the confirmatory factor analyzes of the 15-item scale supported the three-factor structure. The first factor was called Strengths, the second factor was called Difficulties, and the third factor was Communication. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficients were calculated to test the reliability of the scale. As a result of the analysis, the reliability coefficients were calculated as .89 for the total scale, 83 for the Strengths subdimension, 75 for the Difficulties sub-dimension, and .69 for the communication subdimension. The findings revealed that the scale is suitable for clinical and research use. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was seen that marital satisfaction had a partial mediator role in the relationship between differentiation of self and family function. It was determined that the cognitive flexibility alternatives and control subdimension did not have a mediating role in the relationship between differentiation of self and family function, The findings were discussed in the light of related studies in the literature, and suggestions were shared for future fieldworkers and researchers.
