520 _aABSTRACT Human resource management comes with a lot of visible and non-visible responsibilities. These responsibilities are demanded from HR managers who oversee the activities and wellbeing of the employees in the organization. HR managers are also expected to rise above different crisis that might have a significant effect on the productivity of the employees and the organization at large. The findings of this study confirmed that HR managers played significant roles during the coronavirus pandemic and particularly with how they were able to handle areas such as security, workforce directing and controlling, equality and others.
