520 _aABSTRACT The impact of supervisor support on increasing the optimistic environment and its effects on creative performance will be investigated further in this study. The reason behind the importance of supervisor support is that a leader with high supervisor support can lead the employees to have more confidence, job satisfaction, morals, human productivity, and loyalty. Therefore, it can decrease turnover, absenteeism, dissatisfaction, and stress. Moreover, optimism has a direct impact on creativity and creative performance. Creative performance is crucial for human modern civilization's development and advancement and plays a critical role in the workplace and organization. Better creativity can be due to a variety of psychological factors, and optimism is one of those we want to exhaust. The research investigates the relationship between supervisor support and creative performance, both directly and through the role of optimism as a mediator. Participating in the study were two hundred individuals who were employed in the country of North Cyprus's cafés. The data was analyzed through the use of the IBM SPSS v26 Statistics program in order to put the hypotheses to the test. Employees report their levels of optimism, as well as the support they receive from their supervisors. Furthermore, they report their possible effects on having a more creative workplace and improving their performance. The most important findings concern the supportiveness of supervisors and creative output. Both are connected by virtue of the role that optimism plays as a partial mediator in the relationship. This study provides researchers and practitioners with insightful information that can be useful in their work, and it improves our understanding of the process through which supervisor guidance increases creative performance. Firms may be able to improve the creative performance of their employees if they encourage support and optimism from supervisors. This is important because creativity is a crucial path to organizational performance. Both empirical and theoretical contributions are made as a result of this study, which focuses on the relationship between supervisor support, optimism, and creative performance.
