520 _aABSTRACT Leadership styles are important organizational practice, especially in encourage and increase employee’s job satisfaction, teamwork. This study to find and investigate the relationship between Transformational Leadership on job performance, and job satisfaction level of employee among Jordanian physiotherapist, additional to that it will investigate if any of the mediating effect of Organizational citizenship behaviors on the relationship between the Transformational Leadership and employee performance. Quantitative non-experimental correlation research design among convenience selected sample from Jordanian physiotherapist in different healthcare facility to examine the relationship between leadership Practices especially Transformational leadership style on their performance level and study any possible mediating effect of Organizational citizenship behaviors on that relation and at the same time study the relation between Transformational leadership style on therapist satisfaction level the by using self-administered questionnaire for 123 therapist in different facility with a correlational design for this study. Data were collected on therapists’ perception of leadership styles displayed by their facility leaders, their level of job satisfaction, performance, and Organizational citizenship behaviors of them. Organization citizenship behaviors and job satisfaction separately completely mediated the relationship between Transformational leadership and physiotherapist Performance and the effect of the TLS on PE is indirect effect since the direct effect is not significant. Also, by applying regression analysis TLS shows positive and significant effect on JS and OCB also the OCB and JS shows positive and significant effect on PE as well (p value <.001). Transformational Leadership practice of Jordanian physiotherapist leaders has indirect effect on their performance through Organization citizenship behaviors, and job satisfaction which mean OCB and JS has complete mediating effect on the relation between Transformational Leadership and performance among Jordanian physiotherapists. Supporting transformational leadership skills improving in healthcare facility and arrange regular training for leaders in this practice since it has positive or negative effect on the job satisfaction level of the employee which will affect the quality of healthcare services and will affect positively or negatively the patient experience in this organization.
