520			_aÖZET Göç, toplum içinde yaşayan insanların çeşitli nedenlerle bir yerden başka bir yere konumlarının değişmesidir. Göçle birlikte kültürlerin aktarımı, toplumdaki bireyleri farklılıklarla yaşama durumları ile karşı karşıya bırakmıştır. Toplumda bir arada yaşamak ve empati kurarak kültüre duyarlı bireyler yetiştirmek kültürler arası bir eğitimle gerçekleştirilebilir. Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle farklı ülkelerden göç eden bireylerin adaptasyonu ve eğitimi bu süreçte oldukça önemlidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, çok kültürlü eğitimde farklılıkların yönetimi ile ilgili ilkokul yöneticilerinin ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırma 46 öğretmen ve 8 okul yöneticisinin katılımıyla nitel araştırma yönetmlerinden olgu bilim tekniği ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalılma grubu, amaçlı örneklem yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve bu doğrultuda KKTC, Gazimağusa il merkezinde bulunan 3 devlet okulundan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda yaşanılan sıkıntılar arasında dil, kültürel farklılıkar, uyum, din, ırk gibi unsurların öne çıktığı görülürken, yaşanılan sıkıntıların giderilmesine yönelik oryantasyon eğitimi, dil kursları, müfredat düzenlenmesi ve ailelerle işbirliği önerileri ortaya konulmuştur. 520			_aABSTRACT Migration is the change of position of people living in society from one place to another for various reasons. The transfer of cultures with migration has confronted individuals in the society with the situations of living with differences. Living together in society and raising culturally sensitive individuals by empathizing can be achieved with an intercultural education. Adaptation and education of individuals migrating from different countries with the effect of globalization is very important in this process. The aim of this research is to reveal the views of primary school administrators and teachers about the management of diversity in multicultural education. The research was carried out with the participation of 46 teachers and 8 school administrators with the phenomenology technique, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research was determined by purposive sampling method and in this direction, it consists of 3 public schools located in the city center of Famagusta, TRNC. The collection of research data was carried out with a semi structured interview form developed by the researcher. The obtained findings were analyzed by content analysis method. As a result of the research, it was seen that factors such as language, cultural differences, harmony, religion and race came to the fore among the problems experienced, while suggestions for orientation training, language courses, curriculum arrangement and cooperation with families were put forward to eliminate the problems experienced.
