520 _aABSTRACT There is a growing understanding that in order for organizations to thrive and compete in today's talent-based global economy, they must acquire, develop, and manage world-class HRM capabilities and practices. In today's knowledge-based firms, creative HRM strategies are necessary to draw in, retain, and add value to employees whose skills and abilities provide the company its worth. The goal of the study is to evaluate how human resources management strategies and employee innovation and creativity affect Sierra Leone Commercial Bank employees. The goal of the study was to determine how employee innovation and creativity are impacted by HRM practices. A straightforward random sample technique was utilized in the study to gather information from 378 employees of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Employee innovation and originality were shown to be positively correlated with pay, performance reviews, career paths, training and development, and knowledge management. It was shown that there are statistically significant connections between employees' invention and creativity, pay, performance reviews, career paths, and training and development. According to the study, employee invention and creativity are positively impacted by pay, performance reviews, career paths, and training and development. The study discovered that training, development, and performance evaluation are statistically significant. The study would help the human resource management department focus on the things that affect employees' creativity and innovation. This would help the department set up programs, training, and activities that would bring out the workers' creativity and innovation.
