520 _aABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to quantify the mediating role of patient’s safety culture on the influence of quality of service on patient satisfaction in Kosofe LCDA Hospital, Lagos, Nigeria. Looking at the current trend of most countries around the world, especially African countries. In addition, Kosofe local government development area hospital, Lagos state, Nigeria, was selected for the quantitative analysis due to the ease with which it was possible to meet the patients of the hospital in Nigeria, to learn about the challenges and select one local government hospital to measure the level of patient satisfaction. After that, the examination questions were laid out because the facilities face difficulties related to factors that affect service quality. By responding to the examination question and satisfying the researcher's motivation through patient’s safety culture, some improvements were made to a superior understanding of the factors influencing medical service quality in order to realize the experience levels of patient satisfaction. The result of the study shows that Kosofe LCDA Hospital, Lagos state, in Nigeria is influenced by service quality as regard patients’ satisfaction according to the study. This implies that service quality plays a significant role in patients’ satisfaction (PS) in Kosofe LCDA Hospital, Lagos state, Nigeria. Additionally, the study uncovered that patients’ safety culture (PSC) have a moderate positive impact on patients’ satisfaction (PS) in Kosofe LCDA.
