520 _aSMEs are better able to adapt quickly to market shifts than larger corporations. Also, they have lower overhead, giving them a competitive edge. They are more likely to try out novel ideas and their regular leadership in developing technologies and trends make them indispensable players in ecological creativity. SMEs contribute significantly to the support of local communities as they generate tax revenue and jobs, which aid in the long-term viability of local businesses and services. SME's are often involved in community projects. However, this present study intends to examine the influence of management of talent (MOT) on turnover intention (TI) of Sierra Leone small and mid-size enterprises employee; a moderating variable of psychological contract fulfilment (PCF). This research adopted a quantitative research method. The SMEs that took part in the data collection were both public and privately owned businesses in Freetown of Sierra Leone. The surveys were conveyed online to them where a convenient sampling was used to select 373 SMEs companies out of the 12476 SMEs in Sierra Leone in which 373 questionnaires were distributed but only 239 questionnaires were recovered altogether. Hence, this research contributes to the literature in the sense that it reveals the full mediation of psychological contract fulfilment on the influence of management of talent on turnover intention.
