520 _aThe study reviews the Analysis of Work-Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, and Flexibility at work about organizational behaviour. As a consequence, the present study deployed regression analysis, correlation analysis, and factor analysis to examine the relationship between WLB and FWAs on JS by administering a self-constructed questionnaire of 290 participants. Analysis of data shows a poor relationship between WLB and JS, pointing to the relatively weak relationship between the two behaviours. Consequently, FWAs; that is, FWA and WLB did not predict JS, though the results were non significant. The findings stress the significance of being supportive in the workplace, empowering the workers with sufficient information, and establishing an environment that would support an integrated work and personal life. Future research implications include the need for using longitudinal designs, cross-cultural studies, qualitative studies, and intervention studies to make even more advancements in understanding these dynamics and the direction organizations and policy-makers can successfully turn to ensure organizational development. In conclusion, one must also understand that work-life balance issues remain important topics throughout modern organizations and that fostering the well-being of employees and acknowledging their needs and stressors at work can help create a strong culture of resilience, motivation, and productivity.
