502 _aThesis (MSc) - Cyprus International University. Institute of Graduate Studies and Research Health Care Organizations Management
520 _aHealthcare management technology involves using technological tools such as AI, telemedicine, and remote patient monitoring to facilitate access to healthcare, especially in remote areas, allowing healthcare providers to monitor and diagnose patients remotely. This research explores technology’s role in improving patient care, reducing costs, and improving the overall performance of healthcare organizations by exploring technology use in patients’ care services. The study made use of a quantitative research approach. 100 structured questionnaires were distributed to healthcare workers using a purposive sampling technique. Data obtained was collated and analyzed using a sophisticated statistical tool. The results show that the use of technology significantly enhances patient care; reduces costs, and improves overall performance in healthcare organizations. This study also established a positive relationship between technology use and the economic efficiency of healthcare organizations. This study recommends implementing robust leadership development programs, investing in technology infrastructure for data analytics, fostering a culture of collaboration, and developing strategies for organizational resilience are key steps that healthcare managers can take to drive continuous improvement in optimal patient care delivery.
